We have everything you need for you to have an amazing holiday here in Isla Mujeres! Beach chairs? Kids toys? A booster seat? A coffee maker? You name it!
You may be wondering…. how does it work?
It’s very easy!!!
You can browse the items we have available for rent on our site. Once you find what you need choose the dates and the system will add the item to your cart, confirm availability and give you the total cost. You can add as many items as you want!
Once you are happy with your selection, go to check out and pay securely using a credit or debit card, or even PayPal.
You’ll receive a confirmation (please check your spam folder if you don’t see it on your inbox). And we will be there with the items you selected on the dates you chose!

All you need to know…
Do you deliver?
Yes! We will bring your selected items to the house or hotel you indicate at check out. We will also pick it up at the selected time and date.
What are your working hours?
We deliver and pick up from 9 to 6 every day of the year! When you make your order you can choose a delivery slot, for example from 2pm to 3pm. We’ll be punctual!
Can I book an item for a day, a week, a month?
All our rentals have a minimum of 3 days. If you’re booking for a month or longer contact us, we can offer you a discount!
I want an item that is not listed. What do I do?
You can contact us on info@islarentals.com.mx and we may be able to get what you need. Please do check your spam folder for the answers.
I can’t seem to be able to book an item I want.
This may be because the item is already rented and not available. Please, contact us on info@islarentals.com.mx.
Another reason for not being able to book is that we need 24h to organize delivery and pick up, so if you’re trying to book for the next day you can find us on the email, or phone number (we also have WhatsApp): +52 998 227 4542, or Facebook Messenger on our Isla Rentals page.
Cancellation Policy
Email or call us to cancel your order. For a full refund, you must email or call us 72 hours (3 days) before your delivery. If you contact us 24-72 hours (1-3 days) before your delivery, we offer a 50% refund. If it is 24 hours (1 day) or less, there is no refund.
